I would personally like to know a little more about cruises, to be honest is it really only for old folks ?

Or can you see some younger love couples as well ?

That's just my impression of cruises and old couples, there's something about it.

I have never been on a cruise, but I would'nt mind going if I had a girlfriend.

Oh well another time.

Most of the mass market lines have plenty of young people cruising.

GG's response is a whole definition of cruising, but it does work!

We have a lot of experienced cruisers here at CTT.  If you are truly interested in finding out about cruising, please join in a discussion and ask us any questions you might have.

A lot of longer cruisers (more than a week) attract older people because they are no longer working.

For the most part cruisers draw a mixed bag.

Now, chartered bus trips...well, if you have ever been on one from the AAA, they stop every 90 minutes for a bathroom break.:roflmao:

I don't know about younger love couples....but this is one older love couple that love cruising...and we cruise with a group that are all ages...why keep age as a requirement to having a love cruise? :big grin:

My first cruise was when I was 32 years old. We loved it.  Second cruise was at 33 and am trying to decide our next one.  Give it a shot on a line like Carnival or Royal and you will have a great time.

First I would like to say proudly that I am officially on the naughty list for saying "ass" on CC...:roflmao: Now, there is a kicking thread on CC regarding old people on RCI...apparently there are some tremendously rude ones...who would have thought:rolleyes:  But, with regards to age everyone is right.  All ages cruise and I think there was a time when a large majority of cruisers were older, but that time is long past.

oh, and go single...wonderful people to meet up with on cruises.

I can think of several rude people incidents, but none were funny since I didn't see them get their payback.

Here's one. On one of our earlier cruises there was a group that always arranged their chairs in a circle, clogging up the traffic flow on the Lido Deck. One guy wore more gold chains than Mr. T. He ordered the servers around like his slaves and if they didn't get his order to him quickly enough, he made them go back. His girlfriend looked like a recovering drug addict.

Now that must have been quite the sight.  :lmao1:  Did you start walking through the circle.  I would have.  That would make a fun cruise.  hehehe

first you have to load up a tray at the buffet with all kind of soups and messy stuff that spills easily..stack it real high and make your way through.....then stop in the middle and then go back for something else.

Nah, we just watched them. They looked like they worked for the mob or something. Didn't want to get caught in the crossfire. :P
