RCCL recently transferred the Galaxy from Celebrity to the new partnership with TUI for the German Market. The ship was named "Mien Shciff" which means "My Ship" in German. RCCL pumped close to 80 million dollars into this ship by adding two decks of balconies and completely redecorating the interiors including cabins.

| Thanks for showing this. Celebrity Galaxy was our first cruise. We did a repositioning cruise from Alaska to San Diego. The service and ambience hooked us on cruising, and we have enjoyed every cruise since then. The Galaxy was a beautiful ship - and it looks even more gorgeous now - just not recognizable as the ship I really loved!

I was never on this ship, but it looks beautiful! Do you know if it will only be doing European cruises?

It's actually moving to the Caribbean later this year and then will return to Europe.
